aging in French oak barrels, with battonnage for 3 months.

TASTING
NOTES: Appearance:
Clear, pale straw color. Aroma: Notes of peach and light tropical fruit with a
subtle presence of barrel aging. Palate: Creamy mouthfeel, balanced by good
acidity, resulting in an intense and fruity finish.
PAIRING: All types of white meats and
roasted fish.
