Despite our
efforts, some products may contain an incorrect price due to an error in the
entry of the same. When processing orders, prices are checked. In the event
that the price of the product is lower, we will refund the difference, if the
price is higher, we will inform you by email and await the decision by the
Customer to accept or cancel the order.
The
products on the website are limited to the availability and quality of existing
stock. In case of out of stock, the customer will be immediately informed of
its next availability by email.
Orders are
dispatched within 48 hours (2 working days) after payment confirmation.
Delivery is dependent on the operators contracted for this service.
The range
of products presented Online (electronic store) is independent of physical
stores, both in terms of price and their stock.

To complete
your purchase, access your shopping cart using the CART option, check the
contents of the basket and use the ORDER option.
If you have
previously registered, please LOGIN to avoid manually filling in most of the
necessary elements.
If you have
never registered, use the CONTINUE option and create your Personal Account.
Identify the essential elements for the processing and dispatch of your order
and use the CONTINUE option. Check that the elements entered in the Billing
Address are in accordance with what you want. Select the Payment Method and use
the CONTINUE option. Check the Order Confirmation and use the CONFIRM option.
Your Order has been completed!
You will
receive an email with the order confirmation.
IMCB, Lda.
issues an invoice corresponding to the items shipped. The invoice is sent
together with the packaging of your order.
EXPEDITION:
Orders are
dispatched within 48 hours (2 working days) after payment confirmation. Delivery
is dependent on the operators contracted for this service.
Mainland
Portugal - The articles will be delivered by the contracted operators. The cost
of each shipment is expressed at the time of ordering and is calculated
according to the weight of the order.
Portugal -
Madeira - The articles will be delivered by CTT. The cost of each shipment is
expressed at the time of ordering and is calculated according to the weight of
the order.
Portugal -
Azores - The articles will be delivered by CTT. The cost of each shipment is
expressed at the time of ordering and is calculated according to the weight of
the order.
Important :
Your order can be sent to an address different from
the one where you want the Invoice to be sent.
Therefore, you can now send your gifts without the
inconvenience or impoliteness of an invoice accompanying the order.
When checking your Order, use MODIFY. Just enter the
new address and that's it.
Your order is
normally fulfilled within 4 days (working days - Mainland Portugal).
Report a delivery delay
If you have received an email confirming shipment and
your order has not arrived within an acceptable period, please contact us via
email, or call us at: 21 301 0005 from 10:00 - 18:00 every day useful,
indicating your order number.
